Ⅰ Website instruction
1.If you do not know a lot of Beijing, try clicking home page’s MAP option to begin the search. The map is divided into five separate regions; by clicking on the different part of the shadow it would display more of the accommodation’s information.
2. If you are not sure which district to stay, please use our QUICK RESERVATION system and complete the form. Our consultants will find the best accommodation for you according to your specific requirements.
Ⅱ Booking instruction
1. During the Olympic sessions, we can only accept reservations with customer staying 16 days or more. If your plan to stay for less than 16 days but willing to spend higher rate, please let us know, we can arrange some special accommodation for you.
2. Once you choose the accommodation from our website, you are required to fill out the reservation agreement and pay 60% of your total payment as Deposit Fee. The deposit fee will be deducted from your final payment, which includes accommodation fee and our service charge. The reservation cannot be complete if you are unable to provide the deposit fee. The deposit fee is non-refundable。
3. Please provide us with your passport when check in. According to the China’s law and regulation, we will assist you to register with the local Police station within 24 hours
4. Forbidden in the apartment: gambling, drugs, prostitution, illegal whoring, Flammable and explosive materials, radioactive substances, firearms, ammunition, and other behaviors transgress the China’ law and regulation
5. Please inform us if the stay is accompanied with children and take extra caution and care while the children are in the property.
6. No pets allowed in the apartment and No smoking in the apartment.
7. Please inform us at least 3 days in advance if you wish to extend your stay. The extension is only effective with our confirmation.
8. Check out time is 12 pm at afteroon; extra half day rent charge applies if the check out time is after 12 pm and no later than 6 pm; extra full day rent charge applies if check out time is after 6 pm.
